Wrestlemania Goes Hollywood
WWE is the best wrestling company in the world, every year they organize pay per view events out of which the most popular one is Wrestlemania.
Wrestlemania consists the gathering of WWE’s most famous superstars to engage in all kinds of matches for 1 or 2 nights. This year’s event which took place on the 1st & 2nd of April in Los Angeles was the most amusing, and it had the interesting concept which had a Hollywood style.
Night 1:
The first match to kick off the show was Austin Theory defending the US title against John Cena. Despite all odds Austin prevailed and defeated one of the all time greats.
The next match was Seth “Freaking” Rollins vs Logan Paul. The two presented amazing athletic skills, and the match even included the debut of boxer KSI. Nevertheless, Seth managed to secure the victory.
Next was a tag team match, which was very exciting to watch, the “Street Profits” secured the victory.
After that was a match of father vs son, Rey vs Dominic Mysterio, it was a very emotional match but in the end the brand new Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio won.
The second to last was Rhea Ripley vs Charlotte Flair. A match that presented the very new Smackdown women’s champion Rhea Ripley.
The main event of night one, which was built up by one of the best storylines in WWE history was the match between Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens vs The Usos. In which the “S&O” Team became the new Undisputed Tag Team Champions.
The second night consisted of a lot of other matches including a “Hell In a Cell” match between Edge and the demon Finn Balor. Edge won.
In the match between Brock Lesnar vs Omos, Brock proved victorious.
A very interesting match between Drew vs Sheamus vs Gunter for the Intercontinental championship, and Gunter won.
And that night’s Main Event, was “The American Nightmare”, Cody Rhodes vs The Undisputed Universal Heavyweight Champion, Roman Reigns. We all faced shock after Roman beat Cody (rather unfairly) and retained his titles.
