What Is Robotics?

What is Robotics?

Robotics involves creating machines called robots that can perform tasks automatically. These tasks range from simple actions like moving objects to complex activities. Robotics combines engineering fields like mechanical, electrical, and computer science to design and control these robots efficiently.

How are robots made?
Creating robots is by designing mechanical and electrical systems using software like CAD. CAD is short for computer-aided design, and it is the use of computers to aid in the creation and many other aspects of design.

Components are fabricated using methods such as machining or 3D printing, then assembled. Finally, programming is done to enable robot functionality, integrating sensors, motors, and control systems for operation.

How are robots going to affect our future?

Robots will reshape our future by automating industries, potentially altering job landscapes. While enhancing productivity, they’ll also raise concerns about job displacement. Moreover, robots will advance exploration, improve safety, and offer convenient services, but ethical considerations like AI and privacy remain crucial.

So, which direction will technology go into in the future? Will we all have robots at home which help out? What are your opinions on this?
