Two Paths, One Mission: Reaching for the Skies and Beyond
Close your eyes for a moment and imagine the future. A spacecraft travelling between stars at an incredible speed, students controlling satellites from their classrooms, and airplanes detecting danger before it happens. Cool, right? Now imagine all of that happening just from one question: why not me?

My journey began recently this year when I participated in the Science Fair with a physics project. Standing beside my physics project, I realized that science isn’t just about formulas, experiments and numbers it’s about curiosity, imagination and problem solving thinking. It’s about looking at the impossible and wondering why not be the one to bring them closer to reality.
My vision expanded more when I read Michio Kaku’s book Physics of the Impossible. Here he talks about three Classes of Impossibilities. Class I are things that could be realistically achievable in the future because they do not break the laws of physics, such as invisibility cloaks and force fields. Class II is much harder to achieve, for example, interstellar travel or anti-gravity. Class III impossibilities seem to break the laws of physics entirely, like time travel to the past or perpetual motion machines.
That’s when my dream took shape. I see myself as an aerospace engineer in the future. I want to develop spacecraft technologies that can travel at incredible speeds, even approaching the speed of light, allowing humanity to explore new worlds and gather information beyond our solar system. I also plan to work on propulsion systems (machines that produce thrust, the force that moves vehicles forward) that will inspire the next generation of engineers and scientists by making interplanetary travel safer and more affordable. Every mission and every piece of cosmic data brings humanity closer to understanding our universe and expanding our possibilities.
But, my vision doesn’t stop in space. I also plan to work on the educational system by creating hands-on educational programs inspired by real space technologies. I will create VR simulations of spacecraft missions for schools, so students can conduct experiments and learn physics in a hands-on way. I also plan on launching workshops for teenagers where they can create their own mini satellites, so I can spark curiosity, teach problem solving skills and inspire the next generation of young engineers.
But, even as my eyes look beyond the skies, my heart stays here on Earth. My other dream is to study aviation management. By doing so and by also combining my engineering skills, I will create a future where air travel will become safer, more efficient and more human-centered. Imagine airplanes where pilots can detect risks, predict turbulence, where passengers are informed in advance, reducing stress and enhancing the psychological experience of flying. That’s the future I want to build where millions of people fly safely every year while making flying less stressful and more reliable.
This article isn’t just about me. It’s about showing future generations that you do not need to be in a big laboratory, go to fancy schools, or be a genius, to get inspired and have dreams. Mine is proof that it all started from a school gym with a simple physics project and someone that believed in me.
So find your person, your project and your book. Let’s make our skies and everything beyond that a gateway of possibilities for everyone! Your world is in your hands!
