New Year’s Greeting Card
As we bid farewell to 2024 and step into a new year, we proudly present the New Year’s Edition of Pegasus Student Voice. This year has been a remarkable journey for our young journalists, filled with creativity, growth, and countless unforgettable moments. From inspiring collaborations with organisations like the Women’s Forum in Tetovo to promoting our magazine in MIG (Mathematics and Informatics High School in Skopje), each experience has enriched our community and strengthened our mission to give students a platform to express their voices. As a magazine run entirely by students, we are incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and grateful for the unwavering support of our readers. Together, we’ve created not just a magazine but a space where ideas come to life and passion finds its purpose.

Since the creation of this magazine, we have made many changes and grown in every aspect. We’ve developed our skills and grown together by being the voice of the students!
What I like most about this magazine is the cooperation we have as a team. We still have a lot to do, but I believe all our plans for the next year will be realised through our unstoppable work.
We’ve done more activities outside the school this year, and every moment with other journalists has been beautiful. A highlight was our visit to the MIG gymnasium in Skopje, where we met many students interested in our work.
As 2025 approaches, I hope everyone has a prosperous year of goodness and success! For the magazine, readers should anticipate exciting projects and continue supporting our unstoppable efforts.

What do I like the most about this magazine? Extremely hard question, actually.
First of all, I love how I can freely express myself through writing articles on different topics. Also, I got the opportunity to be one of the editors of this magazine, which really means to me, and I try not to disappoint the trust teacher Pero and Ema have in me.
We have already improved so much since the beginning of this journey. But, of course, we try to improve even more and become even better as the days pass. I think that the support from the public and the readers plays a huge role in our success and it will help us progress even more, I promise you that means a lot to us.
I have had sooooo many unforgettable moments in 2024 as a member of Pegasus Student Voice, but if I must select one, it would definitely be the collaboration with the Women’s Forum – Tetovo for the 8th of March!
I really can’t decide which article from all these amazing ones is my favourite, because every one of them has a special meaning and so much to learn from.
I’d like to end this year with a quote for all the lovely readers out there:

This year with Pegasus Student Voice has been amazing! My best moments include the Women’s Forum in Tetovo, where we had inspiring discussions on gender equality; the party, which was so much fun and brought our team closer; and the promotion of our magazine at MIG School in Skopje, where we got to know new readers and shared our passion for storytelling. I am one of the newest journalists in this club, so I can say that the thing I love the most about this magazine is the people. When you’re surrounded by many positive people who share something similar with you – the love for writing and journalism, everything feels possible and easy. I am glad that I was welcomed very nicely into the team.
I hope we manage to upgrade this online student magazine on every level possible. This can be done by promoting the magazine, not just on social media but in our city and the whole country, as well.
I don’t have much experience as a journalist (for now), but I can proudly say that the best moment in 2024 as a Pegasus Student Voice journalist is becoming a member of it and bonding with the whole team.
So far, I don’t have a favourite article, but I think everyone does their best job in writing them.

What I like most about Pegasus Student Voice is that it’s managed entirely by young people, showcasing their dedication and creativity. The fun activities and parties we’ve organized have made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. In 2024, my best moment as a member was seeing our teamwork shine during one of our biggest events; it was a true celebration of our efforts. While I don’t have a single favourite article, I truly appreciate all of them because they reflect our curiosity and passion as young journalists. In the future, I think we could explore more ways to engage with our readers and bring fresh ideas to the table. The Pegasus Student Voice magazine is a fantastic place for students to express their ideas and creativity, ensuring everyone has a voice. We could introduce more engaging content like polls and student highlights to evade future issues. My favourite experience in 2024 was collaborating with friends on a special issue we created together. I particularly enjoyed reading an article on student well-being, as it is close to my heart. The thing I like most about PSV is that we can freely express ourselves and fuel our creativity. This magazine has been improving over time and in the last few months the improvement is accelerating. Personally, I wouldn’t change anything because it’s going well, but I’m eager to see what will change and improve. We’ve looked into the future; now, let’s look at the past. My favourite moment as a member of the PSV magazine in 2024 was going to the Mathematics and Informatics Gymnasium (MIG); there, we met a lot of kids our age; we talked, had fun, and talked about them starting their own student-led magazine. Every article has been amazing, and it would be a disgrace to say one is better than the other. Every student/author has written amazing articles throughout 2024. My message for the readers is “Wishing you a year where every day feels like a celebration!”

I love so many things about this magazine! I like that this magazine has taught me to socialise and speak to many new people. I like the fact that the magazine has accepted me and thought of me as responsible and honest.
I think that we should have more advertisements so that many people who love journalism can experience being a journalist and writing on a topic they like.
I think that for me, the best moment in 2024 as a student journalist in the magazine was meeting and being comfortable around new people.
The Top 10 Most Streamed Songs on Spotify for November 2024i s an article written by my friend Erla I liked it the best because I feel very connected to music and it helped me discover some great new songs.
I wish everyone that they have the best 2025, build many new memories, and discover so many things.

I really like the magazine because of how it helps us develop new skills, grow as
individuals, and explore various opportunities. However, there’s room to improve how
we promote and publish it to reach a wider audience.
My best moments in 2024 as part of Pegasus Student Voice include putting up posters
in the city, supporting our teacher as a team when he received a certificate, and visiting
the MIG gymnasium in Skopje to promote the magazine. These experiences brought us
closer as a team and made our efforts meaningful.

What I like most about the magazine is the way you can express your feelings on a particular issue. I appreciate the independent factor of the magazine, the fact that you can show your opinions on the matter of the article.
I think that we should expand. We should really look into not just writing but filming and making professional videos of the articles.
I don’t have a concrete answer to the question of my favourite moment while in the magazine because I’m a relatively new member of the magazine. So, I would say probably the time I joined the magazine.
The article I liked the most is the “Famous Guitar Virtuosos” article. This article is, as it says in the title, about extremely famous, talented guitar players. I enjoyed making this article because I’m pretty familiar in the area of guitar playing and music.
The New Year message I have for all the readers out there is this: “I am wishing you a thrilled and joyful New Year, and I hope that you find everything you’re searching for in life and within yourself. Please have the time of your life and happy new year”.

I’m so thankful to have been part of Student Voice this year. My favourite moment was the Soft Skills workshop, where I learned how to work and communicate better with others.
Personally, I love Lena’s article about Young Local Heroes. This article is good because it shows the hard work of young Red Cross volunteers and the challenges they face.
We should aim to make Pegasus Student Voice even better in 2025 with more creativity and collaboration.

What I like most about Pegasus Student Voice is that it is a student-led magazine where we can freely share our opinions. I enjoy creating articles because it helps improve my English, teaches me how to do better research, and builds skills in using different digital technologies. While the magazine is already fantastic, there isn’t anything specific that I think needs improvement, perhaps we could explore new topics to keep the content exciting. My favourite moment of 2024 was visiting the MIG High School in Skopje, where we introduced Pegasus ELS to a wider audience. It was amazing to share our ideas with new students passionate about creating their own magazines and sharing their voices. For the New Year, I wish all our readers happiness and inspiration.
