You believe in the power of individuals to make a difference and follow the steps that your heroes took to make the World a better place. Start from solving small problems and issues you care about, and also making a positive difference in your community.
According to Jane Goodall, we cannot get through one day without making a difference. The question is, what kind of a difference do we want to make?
Here are 6 ways and ideas of how to start and make a positive difference:
- Recognize the humanity of other people
- Clean to help the environment.
- Be generous.
- Donate to clean water charities
- Conserve water.
- Use less paper.
- Drive less.
During the Qatar World Cup 2022 game between Japan and Germany, Japan won by 2-1. Even though Japanese fans were so happy because of the shocking win, they shocked the world even more with their kind act by cleaning up the whole stadium after the match and trying to show their culture and tradition.
Fans of the Japanese team, known as the Blue Samurai, distributed hundreds of rubbish bags and cleaned up rubbish during and after the match. It’s part of a tradition started by Blue Samurai fans at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, when they cleaned the stadium after a 3-2 loss against Belgium.
